Rich Oldham is the founder of Pros Don’t Panic and has spent more than 25 years studying markets, trading trends, and applying advanced NEoWave forecasting methods to stocks, crypto, and other financial markets.

After years of experiencing both the successes and frustrations that most retail traders face, Rich realized the real problem was not finding another indicator or strategy — it was the lack of a structured process for consistently executing trades and managing trends.

Drawing from his background as a senior business process consultant and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Rich combined decades of trading and forecasting experience with proven process design principles to develop the Trend Surfing™ framework — a simple, repeatable approach focused on identifying the right market conditions, catching strong trend moves, and staying in profitable trades with discipline instead of emotion.
